The Enterprise Academy was set up to give young people the kind of tools that don’t always get taught in school. How to speak up, lead a project, pitch an idea, or just feel confident in a room.
That’s still at the heart of what we do. But as our reputation’s grown, we’ve been asked to bring the same energy and approach to adult learners, staff teams, and corporate groups. And it works.
We don’t believe in “youth work” that stays in its own silo. Real communication, confidence, and problem-solving are skills everyone needs, whether you're 15 or 45.
So whether we’re working in a youth club or a staff training room, our approach is the same: grounded, energetic, and focused on real-life impact.
